Aggregates are inert granular materials of coarse construction like sand, gravel, crushed stone, and slag. Aggregate is a major component of composite materials like concrete and gravel. As the most mined material in the world, construction aggregate forms the foundations of our cities, towns, and transportation networks. Without aggregate, we would lose these structural foundations.

How Is It Used?

Aggregate is used in multiple ways to reinforce and add strength to the overall composite material of the site. Because of their high hydraulic conductivity value, they are often used for water filtration, erosion control, septic drain fields, and roadside edge drains.
